How long will it take me to get my photos?
- It will take 1 week for you to receive your photos.
Can I get my photos the same or next day?
- The fastest I can deliver at the moment is within the week.
How many photos will I receive?
- I send you all of the "best of" based on the package selected. Typically around 40 images a session.
Can I get my deposit back?
- The deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a future session.
What if I need to reschedule?
- We can reschedule but there is a rescheduling fee after the first time you reschedule. If you do not show up for your shoot, then it is considered cancelled and the deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be applied towards any future shoots.
I am running late. What happens then?
- I will wait for 15 minutes after that the shoot is considered cancelled and a new deposit will be required to be booked again. Please notify me in advance if you are running late.
Can I get the raw images?
- I do not send out raw images. I only send out edited images only as that is the real representation of my work.
How will I receive my images?
- You will receive your images through an online digital gallery where you can download your photos.
Can you help me find a location?
- Absolutely! Once you book with me a guide will be sent to you.
Is there a traveling fee?
- 21 miles past my location there’s a flat rate fee of $20. Additional fees may be applied.
